We are a two attorney firm that provides personal attention to all our clients. Most of clients are either families or businesses that are family owned or closely held. They range in size from the very small to the extremely large. We strive to make ourselves available to all our clients as well as providing an atmosphere where our clients feel comfortable coming to our offices. It is not uncommon for clients just to drop on in to say “hello”. Our firm has been in existence since the early 1980’s and we give personal attention to each client.

Attorney Gerald VanVliet has over 28 years of legal experience and is a former IRS agent who worked in criminal investigation. Both attorneys’ have Masters in Taxation.
